Lidl came into my life after having studied Strategic Management at Tilburg University.
I started off as a management Trainee which gave me the chance to get to know our core business and to fulfill different positions within our stores. The opportunities that Lidl had to offer really matched my ambition to always keep developing myself. Throughout the years I have had various leadership positions before in 2016 I got offered the position as CHRO.

I am not the only example of the possibilities and different career paths that Lidl has to offer. Working for one of the largest supermarket chains is dynamic and means you never stop learning. To ensure that our employees can use their talents to its full potential we offer different initiatives such as mentorship or leadership trainings. As a result, we were certified by Top Employers as best retail employer in the Netherlands.
