Saskia van der Zande

Saskia is highly experienced in advising multinationals on payroll tax, employee benefits and international mobility.
As member of the EY Board in the Netherlands, Saskia is responsible for the support services and the talent organization.
Saskia studied Employment and Social Security Science at Tilburg University. She has been with EY since 1994 and was appointed partner in the tax advisory practice in 2007. Within EY, she has held various roles including member of the Promotion Advisory Committee and board member of the Tax & Law service line. Saskia completed additional training at IMD and Harvard Business School.
In addition to her work for EY, Saskia is a member of the supervisory board of NIRPA, the Dutch Institute of Registered Payroll Accounting.
