Ronald Leunisse

Ronald Leunisse is currently the Managing Director for DHL Express in The Netherlands. From the 1st of August 2023 he will become the COO of the eCommerce Solutions division. In that role he is head of global operations.

Ronald graduated from the Royal Military Academy in 1994 and after a short period in the Army he went the Nijmegen University. Graduating in Bedrijfswetenschappen in 1998. In 2006 he got his MBA from TIAS/Nimbas

He started his civilian professional life as a supervisor operations and has had several operational roles in the last decades. He believes that motivated staff delivers great service and then you get your results. Also ESG related topics has always been on his agenda, even before the abbreviation existed.
