Niels van Deuren

Persistence is Key

Niels started his startup while studying IBA at the RSM Erasmus University. He came with the idea when going abroad in the bachelor exchange program; and came back to Rotterdam with the idea to start an online platform for student accommodation, focussed on international students.
After graduating from university, Niels continued to work full time on his startup and build it to a company that was active in 12 countries and has over 100 employees. He left the company in 2020 to the Management and became active as investor and working in the community on social issues.
