With a background as a naval officer in the Dutch Navy, Malinda Miener is a pragmatic and results-driven team player. She has leveraged her military experience in various positions throughout her career in different sectors, including R&D organization TNO, as well as grid companies Alliander and Enexis. For the past two years, she has been working at Holland Casino as the Chief Compliance Officer (board member), ensuring that compliance is fully integrated into the decision-making process. In this role, she holds responsibility for all compliance matters, primarily concerning Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money Laundering, and Privacy & Security. This encompasses both operational aspects at the venues and headquarters, where she is involved in developing policies, standards, and working instructions for a team of over 300 employees.
