She is 44 years old, lives in Apeldoorn, together with her three children and her husband Michiel. “As a kid, I wanted to become a ballerina, politician, or anything in between”. After studying Organizational Psychology in Groningen, she got a job as a staffing consultant and since 2019 Lieke is CEO of the YACHT Group and member of the board of Randstad Group Netherlands. Where she builds on well-regulated work for everyone, regardless of contract form. Working towards the most specialized and equitable talent company. And (as CEO of YACHT) specifically responsible for all service concepts towards clients and employees and our ambitions in the professionals segment.
