Joris purpose in life is to build meaningful connections. He is very passionate to help leaders grow and make a positive impact on their team(s) and the community they live in. He is a father of 2 boys, a husband, a coach, and a fanatic when it comes to playing tennis!He began his career in marketing, than led brands like Heinz and De Ruijter into the digital and e-commerce area, after which he has worked for more than 7 years as People Director for different BU leadership teams across the company. Today he is responsible for driving the leadership, culture and talent agenda for Kraft Heinz.
