Based in Amsterdam Office, he is responsible for all activities related to people & performance within the Benelux. With previous experience in Marketing, Digital and E-Commerce and now the People and Performance Director at Kraft Heinz, he has a real passion for transforming anything challenging, building high performing diverse teams and delivering results in an innovative way by engaging people along that journey of growth. Joris has a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Within Kraft Heinz, he wants to make life delicious by promoting wellbeing, growing leaders, fostering a growth mindset and above all making a real impact when it comes to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
