Jean-Pierre Kempeneers has been working at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1995. He worked in Brussels (European Commission, European Parliament, Royal Philips), Vienna, Tel Aviv, New York (UN) and Warsaw. He was the Chief of Cabinet/Private Secretary to the Dutch Europe Minister for four years. From 2016-2022 he was Ambassador, National Coordinator for strategic appointments of Dutch professionals in international organizations like the UN, World Bank, IMF, NATO, OECD, and sports organizations like the IOC since July 2016.
From 2014 he was Sr. Director Government Relations and European Affairs and Head of the Royal Philips European Affairs Office in Brussels.
He has been coaching (jr) professionals and students with focus on personal development since 2010. He is a frequent speaker on politics, (female) leadership, career development, a.o. to sports professionals.

Jean-Pierre is a lawyer by education.  And he is a big sportsfan.
