Florien de Nijs has been Exact’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) since December 2019. She previously held top Human Resources positions in companies such as KPMG for many years. She is an enthusiastic, experienced HR professional and skilled at combining policies with the people they affect. Florien’s priorities are recruitment and people development in the tech industry, diversity and inclusiveness, as well as the activation of the 6 Exact values that are the defining ingredients of our corporate culture.
