Dagmar Oudshoorn (1972) is the Director of Amnesty International, section the Netherlands. She holds this position since January 2020. In 2021 she was also the chair of the advisory board dialogue group slavery past. Mrs. Oudshoorn has a broad range of experience; she worked with juvenile delinquents, was alderman of the sub municipality Feijenoord Rotterdam, Mayor of the municipality of Uithoorn and was a member of several supervisory boards. Before joining Amnesty, Mrs. Oudshoorn was head of Operations at the Amsterdam police.
