Three weeks to get started. Eighteen months to make an impact.
Your journey starts with three weeks of onboarding, where you’ll get to know our business, your fellow trainees and the people you’ll be working with. Over the next eighteen months, you’ll work on exciting projects and take on two assignments within your area of expertise. You’ll also step outside your comfort zone with a challenge in a completely different field.
Along the way, you’ll take part in our development programme, with dedicated training modules to help you grow. And that’s not all: through Unlimited Learning, you’ll have access to thousands of courses and learning opportunities to explore whatever sparks your curiosity.
Shape your own path
Every six months, you’ll take two days to focus on your personal and professional development. Together with your fellow trainees, you’ll reflect on where you are, where you want to go and what you need to get there. Away from the office, in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, you’ll create your personal development plan for the next six months.
You’ll also work in smaller groups on intervision, sharing experiences and learning from one another. And with one-on-one coaching, you’ll have dedicated time to focus on your own development.
To help you on your adventure, you will be assigned a Buddy, a Line Manager and a Project Manager. You’ll work closely with your fellow trainees, learn from colleagues across the organisation and, whenever you need a little extra support, your Talent Manager is there to help you along the way.
You have a university master’s degree (or will soon complete one).
You speak and write English fluently.
You have a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
You are curious about the world of telecom and technology.
You want to keep developing yourself and are looking for an environment where you can grow.
You take initiative, strive for improvement, and like to think in solutions.
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a customer-focused way.
You like working together, build strong relationships, inspire others, and combine excellent networking skills with commercial insight.
