What are your sustainable initiatives?

Bol.com aims to achieve climate-neutral shopping by 2025, which means that bol.com wants to reduce its CO2 emissions per package as much as possible and help customers make a conscious choice with its sustainable assortment. Jori Ebskamp, lead CSR & sustainability at bol.com: “In recent years, bol.com has put a lot of effort into reducing its CO2 emissions. And we will continue to do so by making our buildings, packaging, deliveries and returns even more sustainable. We are not only looking critically at our own emissions, but we also want to help our partners to become more sustainable. The outcome of the SBI survey shows that our efforts are appreciated by Dutch consumers, who appreciate that we are on the right track.”
