Léon van Egmond

Hey! My name is Léon van Egmond and I am the Chairman of the STAR Management Week 2023. Last year I was part of the crew and this got me really excited to be a part of the STAR Management Week committee. I am happy to tell you that together with my committee members we have been working on organizing the 37th edition of the largest off-campus business and recruitment event of the Benelux. As Chairman I am responsible for monitoring the overall process and setting deadlines and targets for each function and the project as a whole. Moreover I am managing both internal and external stakeholders and support, motivate and encourage my committee members on a functional and personal level. 

Next to this, I am the Sustainability Manager this year. It is my goal to make our event as sustainable as possible.
