Steven Debrabandere holds the position of Managing Director Benelux, overseeing three major European markets, including the Netherlands, where he and most of his team is based. Prior to this role, Steven spent four years as Managing Director for Kraft Heinz Indonesia. Steven’s leadership is guided by five core principles: Belief in greater good, setting stretch goals, fostering teamwork, balancing hard work with play and fearlessly embracing change.
With 23 years of FMCG experience in his name, Steven has a proven track record for driving innovation and top-line business growth. He brings with him a wealth of global experience, having lived and worked in five different countries, including Indonesia, Russia and Switzerland.
A proud father to three daughters, Steven is an avid singer and sports enthusiast who loves exploring new destinations.
