Steven Debrabandere serves as Managing Director KraftHeinz Benelux, leading three European markets, including the Netherlands where he and his team are primarily based. The company’s brand and product portfolio encompasses global brands like Heinz and Kraft, as well as local jewels such as Honig, Karvan Cevitam, and Koninklijke De Ruyter, many of which are manufactured at the local Utrecht factory.
Prior to his current role, Steven held the position of Managing Director for Kraft Heinz Indonesia for four years. His leadership is guided by five core principles: a commitment to the greater good, setting ambitious goals, fostering teamwork, balancing work and play, and embracing change.
With 24 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Steven has a proven track record of driving innovation and business growth. His global expertise spans five countries, including Indonesia, Russia, and Switzerland, and three companies Procter&Gamble, Reckitt, and KraftHeinz.
A proud father of three daughters, he is a sports enthusiast, a passionate singer and traveler who thrives on exploring new destinations.
