Pieter’s resume is remarkably empty. He barely has any experience in paid employment, because as a Business Administration student, he founded Coolblue with two friends in 1999. Their goal? Building an example company in customer-centric entrepreneurship. By now, over 5,000 Coolbluers work there, divided across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, and the company has a revenue of 2.4 billion euro.
