I am an energetic executive with significant commercial and operational experience across both public and private sector. Throughout my career, I have learned that the most sustainable results are achieved not through individual expertise alone, but through diverse teams that bring different perspectives, challenge assumptions, and help navigate complexity together.
I am passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating environments where people feel empowered to contribute, grow, and succeed. While I enjoy setting ambitious goals and driving performance, I have also come to appreciate the importance of listening, learning, and adapting along the way.
Leading complex transformation programs from inception to completion is something I genuinely enjoy. I find energy in bringing people together around a shared vision, working through uncertainty, and turning challenging situations into meaningful progress. For me, successful change is not only about achieving business outcomes, but also about leaving organizations and people stronger than they were before.
