Peter Heere has nearly 25 years of experience in the field of Finance, working at Heineken and ABN Amro Bank. He has worked in countries such as France, Poland, Croatia and Vietnam. Since November 2023, he has been the CFO of Randstad Groep Nederland, the leading HR Services company in the Netherlands, including brands like Randstad, Tempo-Team, and Yacht. His focus is on future-proofing the organization by aligning services more closely with the needs of talents and clients, with the aim of positioning the company as a Partner for Talent.
Peter is known as an experienced business partner and thought leader in Finance. With his extensive experience in leading multicultural, high-performing teams, he has led various successful projects focused on growth, value creation, and transformation.
