Mirjam van Kuilenburg is VP Sales Leader at Capgemini Netherlands. Since joining Capgemini two years ago, she has focused on helping clients achieve sustainable growth while collaborating with the many talented professionals across the organization. Mirjam is an active executive sponsor of several internal Capgemini events and initiatives and is passionate about leadership, innovation, and talent development. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and sports. During Erasmus University Rotterdam’s Management Week, she looks forward to sharing her experiences and engaging with future leaders on the evolving role of technology, business, and leadership.
Who or what provided your possibilities?
For me, the most important port of possibilities has always been people. Every meaningful step in my career started with a human connection: a manager who believed in me, a sponsor who opened a door, a colleague who challenged me, or a client who trusted me with an opportunity. Looking back, my career has not been shaped by positions or companies, but by the relationships that helped me grow. Those connections continue to create new possibilities every day.
