Mireille Einwachter joined FrieslandCampina almost 5 years ago, early 2020. Before her time at FrieslandCampina, she learned the ropes in business as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger. In her role as CSO, Mireille is embedding sustainability in the organization by connecting business and sustainability strategies. Driving sustainability requires trade-offs, between today and tomorrow, between nutrition, planet and people, between the known and the unknown – the only way to make these trade-offs is by embedding them deeply into the business, making it part of the purpose ánd the plan.
