The Future is Functional; we are moving towards a future where we become more and more aware of the effects of what we eat and drink on both globe and ourselves.
With a background of fifteen years of corporate roles (various marketing and sales jobs within the HEINEKEN company and Head of F&B at the Royal Schiphol Group) I realized around 2020 that I wanted to explore and expand my entrepreneurial mindset and started ‘Kloffies and Koffies’ – a kids conceptstore with cafe in Breda – together with my wife and engaged in the rol of General Manager of STACH Food end of 2022. STACH has grown the past years from the Amsterdam based cornerstore into other cities, Schiphol and aims to further grow internationally together with it’s owner Vermaat Groep. At STACH I always aim to offer more sustainable choices without compromising quality and taste and source locally where possible.
How do I build bridges?
By being a springboard for trends and brands and accelerating trends towards our ambitious and curious mainly Amsterdam based clientele.
