I am the CHRO of Deloitte NL and member of the Executive Committee, since August 2023. I have extensive experience in professional service firms (audit, consulting and law), banking and a privately owned educational company.

How did I unlock my potential?

I have learned to unlock my potential by being curious, never stop asking why, trying to learn from my mistakes and being honest to myself that some things will be out of my league and having a group of people around me who are not afraid to give me feedback.
