Lilian Geijsen

Managing Director Ben & Jerry's Europe/ANZ

“Don’t rush into a career. Your student years are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow, explore and build memories and experience that will last longer than any CV.”

Lilian Geijsen studied Business Administration at Erasmus University, majoring in Accounting and Control. What began with an internship in finance evolved into roles across sales, marketing and, ultimately, general management, taking her from local to regional roles but also to different cultures and countries like Australia. Today, she leads Ben & Jerry’s in Europe and ANZ. Along the way, she discovered that a career is not about climbing to the top but about finding ways to learn grow and do what you love with people that inspire you. Inspired by Ben & Jerry’s belief that business has a responsibility to give back to society, Lilian is passionate about showing that it is possible to create business growth and use your talent and energy to make a positive impact at the same time.

Who or what provided your possibilities?
