Lauren took the lead at YoungCapital in February 2024. His focus and drive? “Giving all young people who want to work a real chance to do so, again and again, every day. Because when you work, you participate. And with the current challenges in the labor market and the well-being of young people, that is perhaps even more important than ever. The young have the future.” That is why, under his leadership, YoungCapital is fully committed to the power of these new generations, engaging in their (digital) world. A switch Lauren himself initiated earlier at DPG, where they evolved from a traditional newspaper company to a modern media organization. That is his goal for YoungCapital too: to be ahead of the market and to get all young people to work.
