Jeroen Kroes (1973) became CFO of Van Lanschot Kempen in 2022. He joined the company more than 25 years ago, starting as a corporate finance analyst at what was then called Kempen & Co. Since then, he has held various functions within corporate finance, before moving on to become project leader of the 2013 strategic review that marked the start of a profound transformation of the business from a universal bank to the wealth manager it is today. Before joining the Management Board as CFO, Jeroen was Managing Director of Finance, Reporting & Control.

Next to finance, Jeroen is focused on building strong teams and driving equality.

Outside work, Jeroen enjoys running and travelling to Nordic countries as well as spending time with his wife and daughters.
