As Technology lead, Irine is in charge of Accenture Technology operations in the region with a specific focus on growth through innovation and digital transformation. Her portfolio includes practices for Security, Cloud, Data & AI and Enterprise Platforms (such as SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce).
As Accenture is a people-focused company, Irine encourages talent to pursue their passions, strives to exemplify responsible leadership and focuses on creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Irine has been with Accenture 30+ years. Before her current role, she has fulfilled several leadership roles that leveraged her deep industry and technology knowledge. She held the position of Country Managing Director for the Netherlands, Client Group lead and various Client Account Lead roles in Financial Services, SAP practice lead within Technology and she has led several large scale business transformations in the Utilities Industry.
Irine has a MSc in Applied Mathematics from the Delft University.
