Hanneke Spruyt-Panbakker is responsible for Procter & Gamble (P&G) in the BeNeLux, the leading American manufacturer of consumer goods and known for brands such as Pampers, Gillette, Ariel and Oral-B.
Hanneke studied a.o. Business Administration at Nyenrode University and has been working in various Sales & Leadership roles at P&G since 2001, in both the Benelux as well as in Moscow, Russia, She also spent 5 years outside of P&G and joined the consultant &samhoud, specializing herself as trainer & coach in the field of (personal) leadership development.
10 Years ago Hanneke returned to P&G. On top of her country leader role she is one of the pioneers of leadership program development within P&G in Europe, and a passionate advocate to drive E&I in all she does.
Hanneke is married to Ernesto and the proud mom of Jik (16), Wouk (15) and Boet (12).
