Hanneke Spruyt-Panbakker, Country Leader Procter & Gamble (P&G) Benelux and Vice-President Sales, has over 20 years of experience in various Sales and General Management roles. She spent the majority of her career at P&G in the Benelux and Russia.

Between 2008 and 2013, Hanneke worked outside of P&G for a consultancy firm, specializing herself as trainer & coach in (personal) leadership development.
In 2013 she came back to P&G, where this experience allows her to combine the things she loves most in her professional life: Lead the business through building a diverse and top performing team of happy people.

Hanneke designed & still delivers the leadership program for P&G, a 6-month program focused on developing one’s personal vision. The program has proven to be a gamechanger in terms of concrete business results as well as employee satisfaction and retention.

Hanneke lives in Rotterdam, is married to Ernesto, and mum of Jik (15), Wouk (14) and Boet (11).
