Alongside her brother Martijn, she is rapidly scaling Parfumado across Europe and disrupting the traditional fragrance industry. Their achievements include awards like Marketing Scale-Up of the Year and a place in Deloitte’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies.
Floor‘s path has been unconventional, transitioning from a lawyer to roles in consultancy and corporate positions at Ahold before discovering her passion for entrepreneurship.
