Dagmar Oudshoorn-Tinga has been the director of Amnesty International Netherlands since January 1, 2020. Prior to that, she worked at the Amsterdam police department as Head of Operations. From 2010 to 2018, she served as mayor of Uithoorn, and from 2006 to 2010, she was chair of the Feijenoord district council in Rotterdam. Before that, she held positions at the Custodial Institutions Agency (DJI), the Dutch Child Protection Board, and the Juvenile Justice Institution De Hunnerberg.
