Having worked for 28 years at Microsoft, last role as Area Vice President Netherlands and before held many leadership roles like GM for 24 countries in Central Eastern Europe, Russia, Poland, Germany, EMEA HQ within the business an consumer markets. My career started at MARS confectionery Germany in various roles. My personal beliefs and values are around developing professionals recognizing their strength, having a learning and critical thinking mindset, can do mentality and drive outcomes that create true impact. With all the upcoming changes this is becoming more important, as well as teamwork, collaboration, building bridges and communication. I get my energy out of sports, travelling, cooking, reading and everything new that sparks my curiosity. I support woman in Tech, D&I, Giving Back and education in many ways.
For me this is having a vision where you want to take the team, ensure everybody is bought in and connecting the dots to make the difference through adaptability. I have done this in every role I started. It is all about people, make them part and create togetherness to reach what was agreed.
