Candidate Profile

You need to have:

• Fluency in English in addition to German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian or Polish
• A Bachelor’s degree (or above) 
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• A demonstrable interest in financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
• The resilience to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)

We welcome recent graduates as well as those who have a few years of work experience or who come from non-traditional backgrounds. We also welcome veterans who are transitioning their careers into corporate roles. You don’t have to major in finance or a technical field, but a strong aptitude for either or both is encouraged.
