Blacktrace is an award-winning, independent transaction specialist in international mergers and acquisitions, headquartered in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. We support family businesses, entrepreneurs, management teams, corporates, and investors in the areas: sale, acquisitions, management buy-out, corporate valuation and growth financing. The typical transaction value for these businesses lies between €20 and €250 million. Our expertise in the Dutch and Belgian market is complemented by our participation in an international network of similar boutiques having strong local presence and expertise in top economies worldwide.
