We are a niche within the insurance market, consisting of insurers and insurance brokers who focus on major risks, typically for large international organizations. It’s a fascinating and challenging industry that is often overlooked but offers numerous opportunities for enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive starters.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for trainees/starters who possess the following competencies:
– You are enterprising, creative, and solution- and results-oriented.
– You collaborate well and can build relationships both internally and externally.
– You are assertive, communicative, and open to new challenges.
– You are seeking a trainee program that can be tailored to your preferences.
As for education/knowledge:
– You have completed a degree at a university of applied sciences, or at university.
– You speak and write fluent Dutch, and proficiency in English is an advantage.
