What are we looking for?

We are looking for ambitious, curious and analytical students or recent graduates who are interested in supply chain, business improvement, data, software and consultancy. A strong fit for Slimstock is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, likes working with customers and colleagues, and takes initiative. You do not need to know everything about supply chain yet, but you should be eager to learn, ask good questions and translate theory into practical impact. Students with backgrounds in supply chain management, business analytics, information management, innovation, strategy, operations, technology management or related business studies are especially relevant. We value people who combine analytical thinking with communication skills, ownership and a hands-on mindset.

What do we offer?

Slimstock offers a steep learning curve in an international, entrepreneurial and supportive environment. Through our Young Professional Program, graduates work on real customer projects, follow training in Slim4 and supply chain planning, receive coaching and explore different career paths such as consultancy, sales, pre-sales, data analysis, development, academy or internal improvement. You work closely with other Young Professionals, build an international network and get direct exposure to experienced colleagues.
