About us

SeederDeBoer is a Dutch-oriented organizational consultancy, located next to Amsterdam’s central station. We guide our clients through complex changes in the healthcare, public and financial sector. We do not work with standard models, but we work with customization in which the customer’s reality is key.

Know yourself, care for the other and care for a better world. This has been the mission that has been central to (together) work within SeederDeBoer for more than 15 years. It shows how we contribute to the development of clients, our employees and the society in which we work and live.

We not only invest in the development of our clients, but also in our own. This is the only way we can work together to create a better environment and help our customers grow. Each change process is a new, adventurous journey to which we contribute with more than 150 colleagues full of passion.

What are your sustainable initiatives?

Last year, we decided to take the next step in our sustainability initiatives: building structurally and purposefully to increase our social impact. Therefore, we use the B Corp guidelines. B Corp aims to make organizations a force for good, which ties in well with our own mission.

Early 2022 marks the starting point of our sustainability journey. By mapping out where we are already well on our way and where there are still opportunities for improvement, we have decided which themes we will work on. With an enthusiastic group of colleagues, we work in various action groups on various topics, from developing an energy dashboard, sustainable supplier management to creating an onboarding training focusing on how we as SeederDeBoer can contribute to a sustainable society.
