About Us

Roodhals capital is an independent corporate finance & investment boutique that advises companies, entrepreneurs and investors on sustainable and innovative capital and funding solutions. These include transaction services (M&A, equity/debt capital raise), as well as financial/risk advisory services.
We pride ourselves with a strong international network of investment banks, private equity/credit funds, insurance companies and pension funds – whom we assist with their investment challenges in The Netherlands.
As an intern/analyst, you will work on ongoing transactions/advisory mandates from day one. You’ll be working on:

• Performing market- and financial analyses,
• Creating deliverables such as information memoranda (IM), investment teasers and (complex) financial models.
• Assisting in drafting and negotiating term sheets, meaning you’ll be at the table with clients and (institutional) investors from early on.

By showing a proactive, entrepreneurial and result-driven mindset, you will receive plenty of responsibility, resulting in a steep learning curve.
