Every year there are several management traineeship opportunities that will give you thorough knowledge of Rijk Zwaan and the various disciplines in our breeding company. After you have completed the first three years in the job, depending on your development and experience, you will then move to the next job. In the process you will determine your own development path jointly with the HR Advisor and the Board of Directors. We will look particularly at what you are good at and how you can provide the greatest added value for Rijk Zwaan. We will then place you accordingly.
