What are our sustainability initiatives?
There’s a lot that is being done at global level on product formulation, supply and factories (typically things that locally you do not really control). At local level we are working on the things we can really influence like HR policies, office, point of sales material, embellishment, partnerships with retailers to push sustainable activities but one of the most important project is the Climate fresk. Climate Fresk is a training aiming at educating and empowering all employees to combat climate change.
