L'Oréal is where FMCG meets Beauty. We believe in 'beauty for all', so we try to put the most relevant products on the market for every consumer.
Sure, with 85 000+ employees working all over the world, 36 international brands and a sales revenue of close to €30 billion annually, L’Oréal is one of the largest FMCG companies worldwide.
However, during our 100th anniversary in 2009, we spent very little time on looking back. The digital revolution started disrupting every industry on the planet, so we could not rest on our laurels. Instead, our CEO Jean-Paul Agon envisioned that the time had come to disrupt our own industry. He said: “Digital is not the cherry on the cake, it is the new cake”.
Since then we digitally upskilled all our employees and acquired Tech start-ups that help us to develop amazing new experiences for our consumers. The UV Sense and ModiFace Augmented Reality are just two examples of the future of our business.
For you, this means that we are always looking for talented and passionate people who want to shape the future of our industry.
As an intern, you will become part of the Intern Development Program, which is a program that guarantees your personal and professional growth. Doing an internship at L’Oréal will help you decide which Master Degree or professional career you want to pursue.
Joining our activities at the SMW is also the perfect way to learn more about our Young Graduate Program. We believe in empowerment at the lowest level of the organization, so as a Young Graduate you will get real responsibilities from day one. Of course, you will get a personalized development track to help you build your own career, driven by your ambitions and capacities.
Which talents are we looking for?
Digital savy talents with an innovative mindset and a passion for one of our fields of expertise: Marketing, (E-)Commerce, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, Category Management, HR, PR or Communications. There is no need to love make-up to make it at L’Oréal.
We hire both interns and Young Graduates, so please indicate on your CV whether you are orientating on internships or on fulltime jobs. Fluency in Dutch OR French is a requirement for the career opportunities in our offices in the Netherlands (close to Schiphol Airport) and Belgium (in Brussels). Our activities during the SMW will therefore only be open to candidates with the required language skills.

Over the last years, we have undertaken an in-depth transformation to reduce our impact. We have totally reinvented the way we design and make our products with sustainability as a fundamental requirement. At times, we have even exceeded our already ambitious objectives. We have proven that decoupling impact and growth is definitely possible. However, we know that this is no longer enough. This is an emergency.
TRANSFORMING OURSELVES AND RESPECTING PLANETARY BOUNDARIES
Scientists unanimously agree that crossing the “Planetary Boundaries” will threaten humanity’s safe operating space.
EMPOWERING OUR BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM HELPING IT TRANSITION TO A MORE SUSTAINABLE WORLD
We believe it is our responsibility to involve our customers, suppliers and consumers in our transformation process.
CONTRIBUTING TO SOLVING THE CHALLENGES OF THE WORLD BY SUPPORTING URGENT SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL NEEDS
Beyond the transformation of our business model, we want to help address some of today’s most pressing social and environmental challenges.
