At ING, we offer a wide range of opportunities for students, graduates, and trainees to learn, grow, and develop their careers. Our internship programmes provide hands-on experience within a professional team, supported by mentoring on the job and networking opportunities through intern events. ING welcomes more than 350 interns each year.

For graduates, we offer several graduate programmes, including the International Talent Programme (ITP), a two-year traineeship across domains such as Analytics, Tech, Finance, Risk, Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, HR, and more. Trainees complete 3 rotations (each 6 months), receive dedicated support from a trainee manager, and benefit from extensive training in both professional and personal development. 

ITP also offers international opportunities, including the possibility to complete rotations abroad in locations such as Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, London, New York, and Sydney. Trainees become part of a global network and take part in international training and networking events together with colleagues from other ING countries. Permanent employment starts from day one of the programme.
