In the Benelux, we operate 7 sites employing more than 4000 professionals in supply chain, finance, sales, purchasing, HR, manufacturing and R&D. From our recently constructed “Diamond Center” in Terneuzen (NL), we work in a collaborative environment with colleagues from over 40 different nationalities and bring forward sustainable solutions to our partners in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

All those big words and catch phrases merely headline the list of initiatives taken by us to make the world more livable. A sustainable future can simply not be achieved without considering chemistry – the foundation upon which countless products are developed. Through large initiatives like billion $ investments into the first net-zero production complex in Fort Saskatchewan, or the launch of large product groups which are bio-based, biodegradable, carbon neutral, or using recycled content we are regularly staying on-track for our sustainability commitments. Also smaller initiatives like supporting women in Kenya to create a more sustainable future for their community and advancing inclusion have time-and-again lead to Great Place to Work® and Fortune honoring Dow as one of the World’s Best Workplaces™ in 2023.
