Shweta Doerga

Hi! I am Shweta Doerga and I am one the Commissioners of Academic Relations for the 40th STAR Management Week. Together with my fellow Commissioner, Mauro Hellings, we are responsible for the academic events during this SMW! We focus on creating valuable moments for students to engage with leading professionals through trainings, discussions, and speaker events, all aimed at personal and professional development.

In addition to this, I am also the Back Office Manager together with Eloy Alonso. We coordinate all logistics behind the scenes: from drafting the crew schedule and managing event planning, to ensuring smooth execution during the event itself.

I’m incredibly excited to contribute to this year’s edition and can’t wait to welcome everyone during the STAR Management Week!
