Oscar Heijsteeg

Hello! My name is Oscar Heijsteeg and I am the Chairman of the 39th STAR Management Week. As Chairman, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization of the STAR Management Week, as well as setting deadlines and targets for each committee member and the event as a whole. Furthermore, I manage both internal and external stakeholders and I support, motivate and encourage my committee members both personally and professionally.

Additionally, together with Timo van der Hulst, I am the IT & Data Officer. In this role, we focus on all aspects of the website to make sure it is easy to use. On top of that we aim to analyze and gather more data to gain insights that will allow us to improve the organization of the STAR Management Week for years to come.
