Tijo Collot d’Escury is a senior partner at Roland Berger, with 30+ years of consulting. His expertise ranges from technology-intensive industries (including chemicals, energy and steel) to financial services, pharma and healthcare. He supports companies and organizations in their strategic planning, energy transformation & ESG, operations, and performance improvement programs. No matter the challenge, his priority is to provide pragmatic solutions so clients can get back to business.

Tijo co-founded Roland Berger’s Dutch office in 2002 and has been its managing partner since its establishment. He was an elected member of Roland Berger’s Supervisory Board from 2003 to 2010 and Deputy CEO of the group and Regional Head North-Western Europe & Americas from 2010 to 2020. He holds an MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. He later studied at Harvard Business School and attended the Financial Management Program at Stanford University. During his military service, he was a platoon commander in the Royal Dutch Marine Corps, and was promoted to major in the Royal Marine Reserves in 2018.

Tijo is chair of the supervisory board of Delft University of Technology, and is a member of the supervisory boards of Van Leeuwen Buizen Group, Vitestro B.V. and the Investment Fund for Health in Africa.
