At Beiersdorf we have been caring about skin since 1882. Throughout our history we have built trust by staying close to our consumers and developing innovative skin care brands that are tailored to their needs. We do this via our strong global brands NIVEA + Labello (mass), Eucerin (pharmacy) and Hansaplast (mass + pharmacy). NIVEA is our biggest brand and stands for trust, security, family and reliability across all skin types. It’s available in more than 200 countries in the world. In the Benelux we have strong market positions (no. 1) and we are continuing to win market share year on year.

Which talents are we looking for?
We are looking for interns, working students and young graduates in Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management or Instore Marketing. For most roles local language knowledge (Dutch and or French in Belgium) is a must, but for more analytical roles like finance and revenue growth management knowledge of English is sufficient.

Where can you find us?
In the Benelux we have an office in Amsterdam (next to Bijlmer Arena) and in Bruxelles (15min from Gare du Midi), with each ~100 employees. Big enough to offer several development opportunities (upwards, cross-functionally, and abroad), but small enough to know each other well and have a strong culture of celebrations.

What are our sustainable initiatives?

Sustainability is at the heart of our WinWithCare strategy. It’s about meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs. We’re proud that Beiersdorf AG has been recognized with a Triple A score in the areas of climate change, forests, and water security in 2022 and 2023, and we’re proud to lead the change towards a more sustainable future, for our company, our industry, and our planet.

Our NetZero Commitment:

  • By 2045: reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 90% across our entire value chain (vs. 2018 baseline). Any remaining emissions will be neutralized, thus achieving net zero emissions.

But we’re not waiting till 2045:

  • By 2025: emissions are reduced by 30%.
  • By 2030: all production facilities are climate neutral.
  • By 2032: emissions are reduced by 50%. All our plastic packaging is of recycled or renewable material.
