About our Corporate Traineeship
FrieslandCampina’s Corporate Traineeship is a two-year traineeship, starting every March and September. As a trainee you are ambitious, think and act beyond boundaries and strive to develop yourself within your discipline or even broader. With two challenging assignments, both one year, you can make a difference in your job and really contribute to the company and a better world. Our ‘fast track’ program for future leaders stimulates personal and professional development with lots of potential to grow in short time, for example with our training & development program and personal training budget. The climate plan at FrieslandCampina is part of the Nourishing a Better Planet Sustainability Program. Within this program attention is devoted to good and affordable food, our farmers, biodiversity, packaging, and sourcing : raw materials. We aim to produce net climate-neutral dairy by no later than 2050. Our sustainability program is about the following 6 priorities: better nutrition affordable for everyone, better living for our farmers, a climate neutral future, better nature by improving biodiversity, better packaging through circular packaging and better and responsible sourcing. Some examples of how we work towards these goals are our aim for 95% of our packaging to be recyclable by 2025 and by reducing over a third of our greenhouse gas emissions. Did you know that next to decreasing our footprint, we have also helped 71120 farmers worldwide to improve their sustainability farming through our dairy development program?
