Minite is a Gen Z talent platform that champions unbiased hiring at scale, serving 20,000 students by evaluating them based on data & potential. As a sublabel of Minite, HerFuture is a community of young female tech talent aimed to increase the percentage of women in tech. Micky is committed to driving positive change, creating equitable opportunities and a more inclusive industry for the next generation.

How did I unlock my potential?

Wanting to create a future that inspires change, I left the corporate ladder to build my own ladder. As a for-good tech entrepreneur I help the next generation unlock their potential. The world needs more bold thinkers and dreamers that challenge the norm. True potential lies far beyond the confines of a desk or a job title.
