Unlocking my potential is an ongoing quest. In my view this is a combination of effort and luck. I have been lucky because people believe in my potential and provide me with opportunities. The effort part is about reflecting on questions like; what is my potential? how can I best unlock my potential? who or what can be of help in unlocking my potential? And afterwards – very important – taking action and reflecting on the results and incorporating the insights in my next steps.
