Yara van Tiggelen

Hi! My name is Yara van Tiggelen and I am the Chairwoman of the 38th STAR Management Week. This means that I am responsible for monitoring the overall process and setting deadlines and targets for each committee member and the project as a whole. Moreover I am managing both internal and external stakeholders and I am supporting, motivating and encouraging my committee members on a professional and personal level.

Furthermore, I am the IT/Data Manager together with Ilona. We will be focusing on all the aspects of our website, to make sure it is easy to use. In addition we will work on gathering data to gain insights, enabling us to improve organising the event in the coming years. Next to that, I am the Societal Impact and Sustainability Manager which means I strive to critically think about corporate social responsibility and that I work on making the event as sustainable as possible.
