What are we looking for?

Sia is looking for candidates to join our growing Business Units in Energy, Financial Services, Data & A.I. and Cybersecurity.
We welcome Master’s graduates and early-career professionals looking to start their consulting career. Depending on the role, we are looking for backgrounds in fields such as business, economics, engineering, finance, data science, econometrics, mathematics, computer science and cybersecurity.
Beyond academic and technical expertise, we value strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, communication and presentation skills, teamwork, a client-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial attitude. For our Data Science roles, relevant skills include Python, SQL, machine learning, AI and advanced analytics, while Energy and Financial Services candidates benefit from strong sector knowledge and business analysis skills. Cybersecurity profiles can bring expertise in areas such as information security, cloud security, risk and compliance.
