We are looking for ambitious graduates who have recently completed, or are close to completing, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and are ready to start their professional career. Depending on your background and interests, you can join one of our three tracks: Business, Finance, or Data.
For the Business Track, we welcome graduates from programmes such as Business Administration, International Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management of Change, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Studies, and related business-focused studies.
For the Finance Track, we are looking for graduates in Finance & Investments, Accounting & Financial Management, Economics, Econometrics, Business Economics, and other finance-related programmes.
For the Data Track, we seek graduates from Data Science, Business Analytics, Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Information Management, and other quantitative or technology-oriented studies.
Regardless of the track, we value analytical thinking, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. We are looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with others, and continuously developing themselves.
